With the tops win last weekend in their semi final over Canningvale they go thru to their 6th Grand Final appearance, where they currently have won 3 premierships. Their last premiership was in 2008/09. This was also their first finals win since that premiership.

The tops runs chase of 168 runs was the third highest in a final for Scarborough, the highest was the tops chasing down 195 in 01/02 against Ferndale and were 9 wickets down and number 11 Stuart Green hitting a four to win the game!

The tops GF record at Bennett Park is 1 from 2, with the 04/05 team beating Osborne Park to claim the premiership.

With the 4ths win last weekend in their semi final, they go thru to their 8th Grand Final appearance, where they currently have won 5 premierships. Their last premiership was last season so they are looking at going Back to Back. Just 2 other teams have gone Back to Back the 2nds in 06/07 & 07/08 and the 2nds again in 13/14 & 14/15.

The club hasn’t fared to well at Woodlands Reserve in Grand Finals losing both our GF’s played down there.
