Did you Know? ( by Joel Norman )

Mark Woods scored his third bowling ton for the club on the weekend, with 4-107 in his 26 overs. Even PJ don’t have that many tons!

When Stu 'the cat' Green plays Scarborough win.  He has represented the Sharks on 3 occasions this season; for the 2nds 3rds and 4ths and each time the team has been victorious - and he does it for free! - truly amazing.  To improve your chances of winning you can book him for the 1 dayers on a first come - first served basis!, but be quick!

Roger Smith is the leading club wicket taker with 33 wickets @ 13.48

Correction

Steve Lockwood kept his leading club run getter with 426 runs @ 35.50  in 16 games intact this round as neither he or James Cornish played. NOT ANY MORE

Steve Lockwood 'forgot' to send through the match from One Day Grade from 11th Feb 06. James Cornish is the now leading club run getter with 511 runs. He is 76 runs ahead of Jack Joy and 82 runs ahead of Lockwood, with 1 games to go for Cornish, with Cornish being dropped from the side for the last game.

Steve Florance is the leading club fielders with 26 dismissals

Duncan Charteris tore his lateral tendon in his ankle on the weekend, going for a spectacular run-out, but in the effort he had to turn on a dime and his ankle gave way. Under immense pain he managed to throw the ball from the ground and hit the stumps. The batsman was out. But so was his ankle.
