Ex SMCC Premiership
04/05 2nd Grade Player Michael Sherriff
scored his first century with 105 not out after moving down
south at the end of last season.
Quotes from Michael
"century boy" Sherriff
"I cracked my first
ever ton on the weekend. 105 no. Was against the mighty Collingwood
Park bowling attack that features ex Freo Docker Brad Bootsma. I'm
happy to say that I brought up my ton with a 6 of the 'Boot'"
"I batted at 7 and came in at 5/80
cashing 262. I put on about 100 runs with the numbers 9 and 10. When
number 11 came out I needed 3 to reach the ton and 22 to win the
match. I made the ton but No. 11 was dismissed when we still needed
8 runs to win. I batted from about 30 overs in total"
